Welcome to St. Luke's! Located near the western boundary of Hull, in East Yorkshire, we are an enthusiastic Anglican church whose doors are open to all. Come and join us for worship every Sunday at 9.30 a.m.* You will find a lively, generous, caring and committed group of people who, together, explore and express what it means to be a Christian in today's modern world.
Some come to St. Luke's with an established Christian faith seeking to serve; some with a young faith looking to learn and be encouraged; some without faith as yet, but with questions needing answers. Bring your questions, experience our worship, our small weekday groups for study and prayer, and our missionary links. All are welcome!
At St. Luke's. we take God's word, the Bible, as our supreme authority in all that we do and believe. We place top priority on sharing the good news about Jesus who is at the centre of all we do. We endeavour to serve our community by focusing our care on those who are in any kind of need.
There's certainly a place for you here and you can be assured of a warm welcome!
* Should you be unable to attend at 9.30 a.m. you are welcome to attend 10.45a.m. morning service or the 6 p.m. Sunday evening service at our sister church, St. Andrew's, Kirk Ella.
